Gameplay

Goal:

  The goal of the game is to mend Mac and Cheese's relationship by collecting all the Red and Blue hearts on each level before the timer stops. The two players (one plays Cheese the other Mac) must work together to complete the game. To win the game, every level must be passed, so it only takes one failed level to lose the game.   

Mechanics:

Mac can push objects. Cheese can jump higher than Mac. Cheese can climb. Mac can pick up Cheese. Buttons can be pushed to open doors. Hearts can only be collected by their respected character.

Story: 

Mac and Cheese are going through relationship problems. They visit a couple's therapist to try to mend their relationship. Each level of the game brings them one step closer to solving their misunderstandings. 

**The last build does not include/ incorporate the complex dialogue (that was planned) to truly convey the story line.
